Karnataka government leaves blind athletes in the lurch

Blind runners Rakshitha Raju and Radha Venkatesh were the toast of the nation when they won medals at the 2018 Asian Para Games in Jakarta. They got a warm welcome in New Delhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted pictures of the two calling Rakshitha "the pride of India" and Radha "a star".
