It's being speculated that in order to restore the balance between bat and ball, the ICC may allow seamers to use external substances like Vaseline, sandpaper or even cork of a bottle to aid the old ball to swing. However, TOI understands that nothing has been proposed or even considered (in this direction as yet) in the ICC as yet.Thanks for reading.
